She kissed someone else
 
 
 
Poetry is an expression of intense emotion. When something inside you moves you very much it comes out in lyrical symphony of poetry. Here is one such expression of my emotion. Thanks for letting my emotions come out:

She kissed someone else
=======================

On the night of the new year
she was kissing someone else

As clock clicked twelve
my Queen seemed to have found her knight

I could see her in his arms happy for that moment,
but unsure in her eyes

I could see her dancing,
arm in arm, warm
I could see her kissing some else

Did it matter to her that I was there
She could pass through me;

In the din of music and intoxication of his charm
she couldn't hear my silence

My shadow stood still
but my heart wailed, and I cried

She just saw my shadow
she couldn't listen to my silent wails and cries

She saw my shadow
and smiled and kissed someone else
It was new year's night

How can I say I don't love her
How can I say I don't long for her

She saw my love
she saw my longing,
and smiled and kissed someone else
it was new year's night
